Expert Session on Climate Action & Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at EPTRI (36 Delegates from 16 Countries)
Research Heights Foundation (RHF) Founder & Director Dr. Nagendra Kukkadapu delivered a focused session at the Environment Protection Training & Research Institute (EPTRI), Hyderabad, as part of the MEA–ITEC program on “Climate Change and Human Health (CC&HH)”, engaging 36 international delegates from 16 countries. The session emphasized the urgent need to reposition climate change as a global public health priority and highlighted the shared nature of challenges across regions—including heatwaves, air pollution, water stress, and climate-induced disasters. Discussions moved beyond awareness toward structured, execution-oriented frameworks that enable countries and institutions to respond effectively and collaboratively.
The session further underscored the importance of translating existing climate solutions into scalable, measurable impact through institutional mechanisms. RHF presented its approach toward building data-driven, multi-stakeholder execution models that integrate policy, research, and on-ground implementation. Participants explored global best practices—from climate-resilient infrastructure to community-driven adaptation—and examined how collaborative ecosystems can accelerate climate action. The interaction reflected a strong global alignment on shifting from dialogue to execution, reinforcing the need for structured systems that drive tangible outcomes in climate and public health.
